Research on the Construction of the linkage Mechanism of “Enrollment, Training, and Employment” under the Background of the Construction of “Double First-Class” Universities

University of International Business and Economics Beijing 100029Abstract: With the deepening of the construction of “Double First-Class”, colleges and universities are faced with the dual challenges of cultivating high-quality talents and meeting the employment needs of society. This paper fi rst analyzes the problems existing in the various links of enrollment, training, and employment in colleges and universities, discusses the signifi cance of the linkage mechanism of “enrollment, training and employment” in improving the quality of talent training and realizing the effi cient connection between talent supply and social demand, and puts forward that under the background of “Double First-Class” construction, We should build a linkage mechanism of “adjusting enrollment by the feedback of employment quality, improving training by enrollment situation, and ensuring employment by training objectives” to achieve a virtuous cycle and interaction between enrollment, training, and employment.
