Application of Humanistic Education Concept in University Education Management
Abstract
With the progress of the times and the development of education reform, the combination of people-oriented education concept and education management has attracted much attention, especially in university education. Only by fully implementing the people-oriented education concept can we better cultivate talents in the new era, enable students to better integrate into society after graduation, gain good development prospects, and provide a steady stream of high-quality talent support for social progress. Based on this, this paper will study the application of humanistic education concept in university education management.
