This Paper Probes into the Penetration and Development of National and folk Music in Music Appreciation Courses in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Ethnic folk music has formed a more unique system in the long course of development. At the same time, ethnic folk music is also a precious cultural wealth of the Chinese nation, which is worth inheriting and developing. In order to realize the eff ective inheritance of national folk music, many universities have invested manpower and material resources to carry out research in related fi elds and achieved certain results. This paper briefl y introduces the infi ltration signifi cance of national folk music in the teaching of music appreciation in colleges and universities, and puts forward the teaching strategies of national folk music combined with the specifi c situation of colleges and universities in China, which will play a positive role in the inheritance of excellent culture and the improvement of the overall teaching level of colleges and universities.
