Analysis of Problems and Measures in the Construction of Human Resources Performance Management System in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


Human resource management is an important part of university management and plays an important role in the sustainable development of universities. The development of human resource performance management can optimize personnel management and give full play to the overall eff ect of performance management, we should take eff ective measures to improve the construction of human resources performance management system. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and measures in the construction of human resources performance management system in Colleges and universities, hoping to provide some reference for the construction of management system, so as to realize the optimization of performance management, human resources can be scientifi c management and incentive, and lay the foundation for the management of colleges and universities.
