Research on the Path of Digital Constitutionalism from the Perspective of Thought of Rule of Law
Abstract
Today in the 21st century,human society is experiencing an unprecedented scientifi c and technological revolution,the development and application of digital technology has penetrated into all aspects of society and has greatly changed people’s lifestyle and values.Digital technology provides new means and tools for the rule of law and make the implementation and supervision of the rule of law more effi cient,accurate and convenient.The development and application of digital technology also challenges the traditional concept and system of the rule of law and even poses a threat to the rule of law to a certain extent.
