A Study on the Types of English Contextualized Homework in Primary School under the Background of the“Double Minus”

Abstract


Under the background of the current education reform,English teaching in primary schools is also facing great challenges.The introduction of the”double reduction”policy has put forward higher requirements for English teaching of primary school.How to improve the teaching quality and enhance students’learning interest within the limited classroom time has become an urgent problem for educators to solve.As a new type of homework,contextualized homework can eff ectively stimulate students’interest in learning and improve their comprehensive quality.Therefore,this paper will study the types of English contextualized homework of primary school under the background of”Double Minus”in order to provide some useful references for primary school English teaching.
