Exploration on the Teaching Reform Path of Wushu Sanda Course in Ordinary Universities in China

Abstract


With the continuous development of society and the improvement of people’s awareness of health, martial arts Sanda, as a traditional folk sports event, has gradually attracted people’s attention. However, there are some problems in the teaching of martial arts sanda courses in ordinary universities in China, such as a lack of standardized teaching systems, inefficient teaching methods, and low student participation. This paper aims to explore the path of teaching reform in martial arts and sanda courses in ordinary universities in China, in order to improve teaching quality, stimulate students’ interest and participation.
