Exploration on Cultivating Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents in Plant Protection the Major

Abstract

The cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents has been carried out in colleges and universities, which has been widely acknowledged as an important part of plant protection professional education. It is also proposed that it is high time that colleges and universities should innovate their ways of talent training to seek a student-oriented path, exploring the needs and acceptability of students as an important part of education reform. And then based on the actual needs of students, a practical and feasible training path should be explored, which can bring assist the actual work of relevant staff . At the same time, agricultural colleges and universities should also integrate excellent educational resources, optimize the curriculum structure, strengthen the construction of teachers, and build a sound training base with the integration of agriculture, science and education as a vital purpose and path, so as to truly meet the specifi c requirements of excellent agricultural and forestry personnel training. Based on this, this paper defines the training objectives of outstanding ag ricultural and forestry talents in the major of plant protection, and puts forward the main teaching ideas of excellent talent training for reference.
