Research on the Effect of University Students’Grid Management under the”Double High”Construction--Taking the College of Health Management and Social Service as an Example

Abstract


With the development of higher education,the management of colleges and universities is also facing more and more complex challenges.In order to improve management effi ciency,many universities begin to try grid management.Grid management is a kind of management mode that divides universities into several grid units and realizes the fi ne,efficient and standardized management of universities by clarifying the management rights and responsibilities,resources and duty of each grid unit.The implementation of this management mode is of great Significance to improve the management level of colleges and universities,enhance students’learning experience and cultivate students’sense of social responsibility.Taking the College of Health Management and Social Service as an example,this paper discusses the Effect of university students’grid management under the”double high”construction.The College of Health Management and Social Services is a college covering many fi elds such as health management and social services,with a large number of students and heavy management tasks.Through the implementation of grid management,the college can clarify the rights and responsibilities of each grid unit,optimize resource allocation and improve service quality
