Innovation and Practice of Food Processing Technical Personnel Training Mode under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract


With the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy,food processing industry,as an important part of rural economy,plays a key role in promoting the integration of three industries,increasing farmers’income and rural development.However,under the background of rural revitalization,the training mode of food processing technical talents is facing many challenges and problems,which need to be innovated and practiced urgently.This paper aims to study the innovation and practice of food processing technical personnel training mode under the background of rural revitalization,explore how to adapt to the needs of rural revitalization,train more high-quality food processing technical personnel,provide talent support and impetus for rural revitalization,and promote the development of rural economy.
