Study on the Governance Model of “Dgital Countryside” in Liaoning Province Enabled by 5G Technology

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital economy, the construction of digital countryside is profoundly changing the face of China’s rural areas. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, based on the analysis of the current situation of digital village construction in the province, this paper focuses on how 5G and other cutting-edge information technologies can empower the governance model of digital village in Liaoning Province. This paper first reviews the current situation of Liaoning digital village in terms of infrastructure, network coverage, digital services and governance mechanism, and analyzes the existing problems. This paper analyzes the innovative governance model of digital countryside in Liaoning Province enabled by 5G technology, and further puts forward the path to improve the governance of digital countryside in Liaoning Province.
