Research on Practice and Countermeasures of Aesthetic Education in Vocational Colleges and Universities Based on“Craftsmanship Spirit”

Abstract


In 2021,the General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system to train more high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen of the nation.The main goal of vocational education in China is to train more technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit for our country.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is different from technical skill training,and more is the cultivation of noble feelings,perfect personality,dedication to the job,excellence,concentration,innovation and other aspects.The characteristics of aesthetic education will play an important role in the process of cultivating these qualities.This paper deeply analyzes the important role of aesthetic education in cultivating craftsmanship spirit,investigates and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of artisan spirit training and aesthetic education in vocational colleges and universities,and proposes the solutions and countermeasures.
