Applying mind maps to assist teaching activities in middle school English vocabulary teaching can help integrate new and old knowledge, cultivate students’ divergent thinking ability, encourage students to participate in learning independently, promote personalized learning, strengthen cooperation and communication between students and teachers, and improve teaching efficiency.
