Fostering and Enhancing Organizational Innovation: The Role and Significance of Entrepreneurship

Abstract


The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive examination of the role and significance of entrepreneurship in facilitating and augmenting organizational innovation. This paper aims to explore the concept and significance of organizational innovation and entrepreneurship. specifically, it seeks to elucidate the role and significance of entrepreneurship in driving organizational innovation. Additionally, it off ers recommendations for fostering and promoting entrepreneurship in the contemporary era to stimulate enterprise innovation and development. The fi ndings of this study may serve as a valuable resource for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups seeking guidance in this domain.
