Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing prominence of environmental problems, the application of ecological planning concept in landscape design has become more and more important. Traditional landscape design often focuses on aesthetics and practicality, but lacks a deep understanding of the ecosystem and concern for sustainable development. However, with the continuous improvement of people’s understanding of the natural environment and ecological balance, the concept of ecological planning has become the core of contemporary landscape design, which aims to achieve the harmonious coexistence of human and nature by imitating the natural ecosystem to the greatest extent, protecting ecological diversity and providing ecological services.
