Promote the Implementation of Corporate Principal Responsibility in Maritime Administrative Agencies

Abstract

With the rapid development of the shipping economy,it is a problem that we have been thinking and exploring how to further strengthen the maritime traffi c safety supervision to improve the efficiency of maritime supervision,and enhance the ability and level of service for economic and social development.How to implement the requirements of higher-level documents in place by maritime management agencies,an administrative law enforcement agency,is currently an urgent problem to be solved.This paper starts with the research on the relevant work of maritime management agencies to promote the implementation of corporate principal responsibility,analyzes the current problems and shortcomings,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of top-level design,mechanism construction,policy innovation,supervision and inspection,so as to provide references for promoting the implementation of corporate principal responsibility.
