Study on Modern Culture Leading the“Five Principles”to Adapt to the Path of Social Rule of Law

Abstract

The study on modern culture leading“Five Principles”to adapt to the path of social Rule of Law is an important supplement to the theoretical system of social Rule of Law.According to the compatibility of“Five Principles”and modern Rule of Law,this paper believes that in social governance,in order to make the society harmonious and stable,it must be based on the study of modern culture leading“Five Principles”to adapt to the path of social Rule of Law.Based on the compatibility of“Five Principles”and modern culture,this paper proposes a theoretical framework for the study of modern culture leading“Five Principles”to adapt to the path of social Rule of Law,including:1.Protect the Legitimate rights;2.Stop illegality;3.Contain extremes;4.Resist infi ltration;5.Combat crime.On this basis,it puts forward the methods,steps,main contents and main viewpoints of the research on guiding“Five Principles”to adapt to the path of social Rule of Law through modern culture.
