Investigation About “まで” and “までに”
Abstract
There are similarities and differences in the usage, meaning and continuity of “まで” and “までに” in Japanese grammar. Based on the previous research, this article uses the Sino-Japanese Translation Corpus to search for examples from the novels--- Norwegian Wood and The Man Who Comes Tomorrow--- to investigate them.
