On the Current Situation and Optimization of Scientific Research Management at the Level of Institutions of Fine Arts of Independent Colleges
Abstract
This paper discusses the scientifi c research management at the level of institutions of fine arts of independent colleges,analyzes the existing problems and optimization schemes.Based on my work experience and references,this paper puts forward some improvement measures,including innovating the scientifi c research mechanism,focusing on the cultivation of teachers’scientifi c research quality,perfecting the scientifi c research management system,targeted training of scientifi c research management personnel,and enhancing the consciousness of competition in scientifi c research,and aims to provide reference for the scientifi c research management work of relevant managers.
