Research on the Integration of Practice Base Construction and Labor Education Based on the Platform of School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract


At present, there are some problems in labor education of college students, such as vague labor values, low labor skills and less opportunities for labor practice, the construction of practice base based on school-enterprise cooperation platform is an important way to realize college students’ labor education. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the construction of practice base and labor education of college students, this paper puts forward some measures for the integration of practice base construction and college students’ labor education based on the platform of school-enterprise cooperation Second, actively carry out social practice activities to enrich the social practice experience of college students; third, build a platform for school-enterprise cooperation to guide college students to participate in enterprise production and management activities; fourth, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, to establish a long-term stable relationship between schools and enterprises.
