Research on the Effectiveness of Moral Education Management in Education and Teaching of Middle School

Abstract

In the transition period of economic development in our country,higher requirements have been put forward for talent quality.Therefore,strengthening the management of moral education in middle school education and improving its effectiveness is an important subject facing the current middle school education and teaching work.Moral education is an important part of school education and has an important impact on the development of students and the progress of society.However,there are some problems in the management of moral education,such as the single management mode of moral education and the emphasis on intellectual education rather than moral education,which seriously aff ect the effectiveness of middle school education and teaching management.In this regard,based on his practical work experience,the author explores how to improve the effectiveness of moral education management in middle school education from strengthening moral education,reforming educational methods,and establishing a sound moral education evaluation mechanism.
