Abstract

“Internet +” has become the important trend of the development of The Times, has a profound effect on the development of all walks of life in our country. As an indispensable part of China’s education system, higher vocational English education should also carry out corresponding reforms and innovations under the “Internet +” model in order to better meet the demand for English talents in the current era. At present, English education in higher vocational colleges still has some problems, such as backward teaching idea, single teaching method and outdated teaching model. In order to promote the reform and innovation of higher vocational English education and realize the deep integration with the “Internet +” mode, higher vocational colleges should actively change the teaching concept, optimize the teaching method, innovate the teaching mode, and train more and more excellent applied talents for the society.
