Research on the Practice of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Student Management by College Counselors

In the current college student management work,it is necessary to actively build an effi cient management system,according to diff erent students’personality characteristics,ideological status,etc.,to clarify the importance of counselors in student management,and deeply explore the role and value of ideological and political education.College counselors should fully realize the necessity of ideological and political education for college students based on the understanding of the current situation of ideological and political education of college students.Combined with the actual situation,College counselors should formulate a perfect education program and work plan,and strengthen the guidance and supervision of ideological and political education of college students,so as to cultivate more excellent talents with good ideological quality and moral quality.By strengthening the management of students’ideological and political education,we can provide guarantee for the improvement of college students’comprehensive quality.
