Mental Health Problems and Coping of College Students: A Case Study of Academic Stress and Employment Pressure

Abstract


With the rapid development of society and the popularization of higher education, college students, as the backbone of the next generation, are very concerned about the mental health of college students from all walks of life. This dissertation aims to conduct an in-depth study of the mental health problems faced by college students, and propose systematic strategies to promote the all-round development of college students. The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant suggestions for college counselors to better pay attention to and support the mental health of college students through the analysis of academic stress and occupational anxiety.
