Research on the Application Strategy of Competition and Teaching Integration Mode in College English Teaching

Abstract


Against the backdrop of the continuous development of economy and education, college English teaching should keep pace with the times, strengthening the cultivation of students’ comprehensive English ability and professional development quality. The integration of competition and teaching into college English teaching can realize the combination of classroom teaching and practical training of ability, and help to achieve the goal of training college English talents. Based on the connotation of competition and teaching integration mode, this paper expounds its role in college English teaching, and then puts forward several strategies for reference from the aspects of optimizing teaching content, elaborately designing activities and improving teaching methods.
