Research on the Strategy of College Counselors to Promote the Construction of Academic Style Under the Concept of "Three Comprehensive Education"

Abstract

The work content of college counselors is relatively large, in order to continuously promote the construction of academic style in colleges and universities, and to achieve the goal of talent training in three comprehensive education. Counselors can adopt the following work strategies to promote the construction of learning style from multiple aspects, such as giving full play to the leading role of counselors and building a full-staff education system; Closely follow the people-oriented education concept to achieve the whole process of education; Implement the normalization of the construction of the style of study, and create an all-round educational environment. This paper analyzes and discusses the specifi c strategies of college counselors to promote the construction of academic style under the concept of three-dimensional education.
