Research on the Innovation and Optimization Path of Specialty Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of “Building Secondary College by Groups”

Abstract

With the implementation of the high-level higher vocational schools with Chinese characteristics and the specialty construction plan, higher vocational education is facing new challenges and opportunities. In order to adapt to the rapid development of social economy and continuous adjustment of industrial structure. The mode of“Building secondary college by groups” has been widely used in the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges, which changes the single specialty setting into the specialty group combination to adapt to the complicated and changeable social demand and the development trend of the industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics and connotation of the mode of“Building secondary college by groups”, and probes into the basic requirements for the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges, on this basis, the paper puts forward the innovation and optimization path of higher vocational colleges’ specialty groups under the mode of“Building secondary college by groups”, aiming at improving the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges in the new period, to provide reference advice on training excellent professional talents with comprehensive quality.
