Research on Educational and Teaching Reform Strategies for Cultivating Innovative Talents of Musicology Majors in Higher Normal Colleges and Universities

Abstract


Training high-quality innovative talents is not only the inevitable requirement of the era of knowledge economy,but also the actual demand of social development.In recent years,the training of innovative talents has been the focus of the national Ministry of Education.Training of top innovative talents is not only a new task given to education by the development of The Times,but also a specific action to comply with the strategic goal of“Culture-Nurtured Country”.At present,with the popularization of higher normal education in China,the competition of musicology majors is increasingly fi erce,which brings new challenges to the cultivation of music professionals in higher normal colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to change the educational concept,carry out the reform of education and teaching of innovative talent training mode,and explore an integrated path suitable for the cultivation of musicology professionals in higher normal colleges and universities,which is not only a realistic choice for the cultivation of musicology talents in higher normal colleges and universities,but also an important path to promote the development level of music discipline.
