Abstract

Pharmaceutical engineering is a comprehensive discipline, involving drug research and development, production, quality control and other links, but also facing a large number of drug-related industries such as biopharmaceutical, chemical pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical engineering, as the main component of biochemistry majors in colleges and universities, should also comply with the requirements of education reform and talent training in China. And to meet the needs of the development of the industry, training innovative and application-oriented pharmaceutical engineering professionals. Professional teachers should, according to the training requirements of innovative applied talents, strengthen practical teaching and project-based teaching by reforming teaching plans, innovating teaching methods, optimizing teaching systems, etc., improve students’ comprehensive abilities such as practical operation ability and professional quality, and better engage in pharmaceutical engineering related work. This paper aims to explore the methods and strategies of training innovative applied talents in pharmaceutical engineering, hoping to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of professional teaching quality and cultivate more high-quality talents.
