The Current Situation and Evaluation Dimensions of Teachers’Ethics in Colleges and Universities from Students’Perspectives

Abstract


With the impact of the diversifi cation of values and the rapid development of the Internet on people’s values,the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities has shown a weakening of core values,professionalism and the spirit of being a model for others.From the perspectives of students,this essay discusses the current situation of the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities,and analyzes the evaluation dimensions and expectations of college students on the construction of teachers’ethics in the new era,and the moral cultivation,teaching style,teacher-student relationship,and other aspects that college teachers need to be strengthened,and puts forward the improvement measures to promote the high quality development of the construction of teachers’Ethics.
