With the renewal of social health cognition and the continuous expansion of health demands, the convergence and integration of physical education and medicine has become an inevitable trend. However, there are still several challenges in the current talent training of “physical and medical integration”. This paper aims to explore the specifi c strategies to deal with these problems and provide reference for decision-making in related fields.
