Discussion on the Effective Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Student Management

Abstract

Ideological and political education aims to cultivate students ‘ideological and moral accomplishment, and guide them to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, while student management is committed to standardizing students’ behavior and promoting their all-round growth. Both play an important role in cultivating students’ comprehensive quality and promoting talent cultivation. This paper discusses the countermeasures of the effective integration of ideological and political education and student management in colleges and universities, deeply analyzes the obstacles at the system level and implementation level, and puts forward relevant countermeasures, in order to improve the integration level of ideological and political management work in colleges and universities.
