An Analysis on the Training Approach of “Double-qualified” Teachers in Stomatology Technology Specialty

With the rapid development of stomatology technology, higher requirements are put forward for teachers’ professional ability and practical experience. “Double-qualifi ed” teachers, that is, teachers with both theoretical teaching and practical teaching ability, have become the key to the development of stomatology technology in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, from the significance of the training of double-qualifi ed talents, the problems existing in the current training of double-qualifi ed teachers in stomatology technology major are put forward, and the solutions are provided to provide strong support for training high-quality stomatology technical talents.
