Research on the Application of Case Analysis in Law Education in Universities

Abstract


Case study method is a scientific analysis method that conducts research and analysis on representative cases to obtain conclusions. With the continuous promotion of new education reforms, the application of case analysis method in law majors in universities is gradually becoming popular. Strengthening the application of case analysis method in legal education in universities can help cultivate students’ legal awareness, improve their legal thinking ability, strengthen their legal professional literacy, and promote their comprehensive development. Based on this, this article takes commercial law cases as an example to explore the application of case analysis method in university legal education, and puts forward relevant suggestions, in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the application of case analysis method in university legal education.
