A Practical Discussion on Integrating Local red Cultural Tourism Resources into the Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities with the Support of VR Technology

Abstract

In the era of rapid development of information technology, colleges and universities should follow the pace of The Times when carrying out ideological and political course teaching, and use advanced information technology to improve the quality of classroom teaching. Colleges and universities can use VR technology to integrate local red cultural tourism resources into the teaching of ideological and political courses, and provide students with immersive experience education opportunities, so as to enrich the educational resources of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, innovate educational forms, and strengthen students’ sense of learning experience. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the current development status of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, and then puts forward practical strategies for integrating local red cultural tourism resources into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities with the support of VR technology, in order to provide references for improving students’ ideological and moral level and promoting the development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
