Implementation and Impact of Diploma Programs in Turkey, China, and the United States

Abstract


This article explores the implementation of diploma programs in Turkey, China, and the United States and their impact on student skill development. By comparing the characteristics of the education systems in these three countries, the article reveals how different educational policies shape students’ critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and cross-cultural competencies. It particularly emphasizes the direct impact of quality assurance in education, fairness in resource distribution, and assessment and evaluation systems on students’ learning motivation and performance. The research finds that comprehensive and personalized educational strategies are more conducive to fostering students’ overall development.
