How to Practice Higher Education Laws and Regulations for Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

Abstract


In the new situation, how young teachers in universities implement higher education regulations has become a hot issue. This paper analyzes the challenges and confusions faced by young teachers in their practical work through the study of relevant regulations, and puts forward a series of solutions to these problems. The research finds that young teachers in universities should first strengthen their awareness of regulations and have a deep understanding of the spirit and requirements of educational regulations. At the same time, they need to constantly improve their own quality and professional level and actively participate in educational reforms. Based on the characteristics of young teachers in universities, this paper proposes strategies such as cultivating teacher's moral sentiment, strengthening teacher education and training, and constructing evaluation incentive mechanisms. These strategies will help young teachers better practice higher education regulations and promote the healthy development of higher education.
