Current Situation and Countermeasures of “Three-Review System” of Local College Academic Journals

Abstract

The “Three-review System” is an effective guarantee system for the quality of Chinese publications. The “Three-review System” has been implemented since the 1950s, and the three-level review system formed by the responsible editor’s preliminary review, the director of the editorial office’s re-review, and the chief editor’s final review ,it is the internal review system of publishing houses stipulated by the state and implemented for a long time. Based on the analysis of the function of the “Three-review System”, this paper analyzes the current situation of the “Three-review System” of local college academic journals , points out the problems existing in the “Three-review System” of local college academic journals , and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.
