A Practical Discussion on Ideological and Political Functions of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Collaboration

Abstract


Labor education in colleges and universities is a key discipline that promotes the development of college education, defines the fundamental direction of moral teaching, and improves the labor consciousness and labor skills of college students. It is a reform work of ideological and political teaching of labor education in colleges and universities under the cooperative vision. On the basis of actively promoting the spirit of labor, we should lead students to advocate and respect sports, so as to highlight the value of labor education in college education. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a clear educational goal that the ideological and political functions of labor education in colleges and universities should be highlighted on the basis of the development principle of synergy theory, and effectively strengthen the educational functions among various subjects. While building a labor education environment for students, it also creates a modern educational atmosphere with Chinese characteristics, and trains college students to become innovative talents with labor skills and practical abilities. To provide students with more abundant educational resources, so that they can obtain greater benefits in the work, is conducive to promoting the personalized development of students.
