Abstract


Physical fitness plays a crucial role in the overall well-being of individuals, especially for college students who often lead sedentary lifestyles due to academic pressures and busy schedules. This paper explores the importance of improving physical fitness among college students and its impact on their health, academic performance, and future lifestyle habits.
