From Action to Internalization: the Application Research of the Five-degree Evaluation Method in Cultivating Students’ Labor Spirit

Abstract


Under the background of the new era, labor education has been endowed with a more profound connotation and mission. Labor is not only a practical activity, but also an important way to cultivate students’ all-round development. As a new evaluation system, the five-degree evaluation method comprehensively examines the performance and growth of students in labor practice through the five dimensions of recognition, cultivation degree, abundance, durability and transformation degree. The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of five-degree evaluation method in cultivating students ‘labor spirit, and to analyze how the evaluation method promotes students’ transformation from action participation to value internalization, and how to improve students’ comprehensive quality in this process.
