Application Study of Case-type PBL Teaching Mode in Internal Medicine Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract


Objective:To analyze the application effect of case-type (problem-oriented) PBL teaching mode in the teaching of TCM internal medicine. Methods: 60 interns from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study, randomly divided into 30 control group, and over 30 were included in the observation group. The case PBL teaching mode was implemented, and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results: Before teaching, there was no significant diff erence between the assessment scores and self-ability assessment (P> 0.05); after teaching, the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of case PBL teaching mode in the traditional Chinese medicine teaching is remarkable, and the intern satisfaction is high.
