Abstract

Driven by the new round of scientific and industrial reform, China’s economic upgrading and supply structure reform have been deepened. In order to take the initiative to meet the demand for high-quality composite engineering and technology talents in science and technology and industrial reform, it is intended to train a large number of emerging engineering and technology talents to meet the needs of future engineering development, and carry out comprehensive innovation, transformation and upgrading of the existing traditional engineering majors, the training of a large number of composite engineering and technology talents is imminent. This paper takes local application-oriented undergraduate colleges as an example to study the path of material specialty construction; Improve and optimize the professional structure and form a new development pattern of the professional chain connecting the industrial chain; Enrich and improve the curriculum system, and build high quality curriculum resources; Strengthen the training of engineering practice ability, implement the high standard of engineering certification; Deepen cooperation and integration between enterprises, universities and research institutes to achieve win-win cooperation in opening up and development; Continuously optimize the teaching staff and improve the quality of personnel training.
