Research on the Development of Cultural Creative Product Design Based on Chinese Traditional Five-color View

Abstract


Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound, in which the five-color view, as one of the important visual cultural elements, carries rich cultural significance and aesthetic value. This paper aims to explore the application and development of the traditional Chinese five-color concept (blue, red, yellow, white and black) in the design of cultural creative products. By analyzing the historical origin and cultural connotation of five-color concept, combining modern design concept and market demand, this paper studies how to integrate traditional color concept into contemporary product design, so as to enhance the cultural value and market competitiveness of products. This paper puts forward a series of innovative design strategies, and verifi es the practicability and effectiveness of these strategies through case analysis.
