Research on the Application of Scene Interface in Mobile Phone Interface Design for the Elderly

Abstract

In the digital age, smart phones have become an indispensable part of our lives, and for the elderly, the popularity of smart phones has brought both convenience and challenges. Elderly users have significant differences in visual, operational and functional needs from other age groups, and these special needs are often not fully met in the traditional mobile phone interface design, resulting in various difficulties faced by the elderly when using smart phones. To solve this problem, this paper proposes to optimize the mobile phone use experience of the elderly through application scenario-based interface design. In this way, it is expected to reduce the barriers for the elderly to use smartphones, improve their quality of life, and enable the elderly to enjoy the convenience of digital life more confi dently and conveniently.
