Research on the Teaching Reform and Innovation Path of College English Curriculum under the Background of “Four New” Construction

Abstract


Under the background of the “Four new” construction, new requirements have been put forward for the teaching of college English courses. In addition to promoting the interdisciplinary development of college English, information technology should be used to effectively cultivate the comprehensive ability and quality of students, so that they can become new talents who meet the needs of national strategy and social development. Starting from the basic content of the “Four new” construction, this paper puts forward the reform and innovation path of college English curriculum, such as constructing the interdisciplinary curriculum system, promoting the innovation of college English education, and focusing on the cultivation of foreign-related talents.
