SWOT-based Analysis of the Current Situation of Grass-roots Teaching Organizations in Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province

Abstract


In this paper, SWOT method is used to make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the grassroots teaching organization in Liaoning Province. This paper first introduces the basic principle of SWOT method, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the grassroots teaching organization of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province from four aspects: advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On this basis, the article puts forward the corresponding development strategies, including giving full play to the advantages to improve the teaching quality, making up for the weaknesses to improve the teaching organization, seizing the opportunity to innovate the development mode and coping with the threats to improve the competitiveness.
