Analysis of Poverty Alleviation Ways of Paper-cut Intangible Heritage Industry -- Taking Paper-cut of Yan ’an in Northern Shaanxi Province as an Example

Abstract


In recent years, poverty alleviation has attracted wide attention from government departments. Yan ‘an, Shaanxi Province has a very long history of paper-cutting, paper-cutting culture is popular in the local. Each paper-cut work, contains a very obvious national characteristics and regional characteristics, Luochuan, Yanchuan, Ansai, Yanchang, Fuxian, Ganquan and other regional paper-cut works, in the domestic and foreign exhibitions won many honors, more and more Yan ‘an paper-cut began to go out of the country, to the world. With the help of paper-cut intangible heritage industry, it is completely feasible to carry out poverty alleviation work in Yan ‘an, Shaanxi Province.
This paper mainly gives a brief description of paper-cut in Yan ‘an, Shaanxi Province, and analyzes the ways of poverty alleviation in paper-cut intangible cultural heritage industry, hoping to provide some new ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of paper-cut intangible cultural heritage and local poverty alleviation work.
