Abstract
This article first expounds the four values of ideological and political education and labor education integration: first, to improve the comprehensive quality of students, through the combination of ideological and political education and labor education, to cultivate students’ moral sentiment, professional skills and practical ability; The second is to promote educational equity and ensure that every student can receive a comprehensive education in an equal educational environment; The third is to carry forward socialist core values and guide students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values through education; Fourth, promote social and economic development, and cultivate talents with good ideological and moral qualities and professional skills for the society. Then it discusses the innovative path to realize the integration of ideological and political education and labor education. First of all, reform the curriculum and teaching, the concept and content of labor education into the ideological and political curriculum, to achieve the organic combination of course content. Secondly, the organization of practical teaching and activities, through practical activities to let students personally experience the value and significance of labor, enhance their social responsibility and practical ability. Third, strengthen the construction and training of teachers, improve teachers’ ideological and political education and labor education ability, and provide high-quality education for students. Finally, the construction of campus culture and atmosphere, through the construction of campus cultural activities and environment, to create a campus atmosphere conducive to the integration of ideological and political education and labor education. It is hoped that through the innovation of these paths, we can effectively realize the deep integration of ideological and political education and labor education in colleges and universities, and provide a solid educational foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, the United States and labor.
