The Application of Cognitive Psychology in College Ping-pong Teaching

Abstract


The application of cognitive psychology in the teaching of college table tennis is a topic of great concern. As a subject that studies individual mental activities, cognitive psychology can provide new theoretical support and practical guidance for the teaching of table tennis. In-depth study of the application of cognitive psychology in table tennis teaching in universities can better understand students’ cognitive process and psychological activities in the process of table tennis training, and then design more effective teaching methods and strategies. The paper aims to explore the potential role and significance of cognitive psychology in college table tennis teaching, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality and effect of table tennis teaching.
